Maitry Peace Foundation Organises International Buddha Peace Award Ceremony in Kolkata
Kolkata, June 12: The Maitry Peace Foundation successfully organized the International Buddha Peace Award Ceremony at Rabindra Tirtha, New Town, honouring distinguished personalities for their contributions to society and promoting the message of peace and harmony.
The programme was attended by a large number of dignitaries, including Hon’ble Minister Shri Dilip Ghosh, newly elected Members of the Legislative Assembly, social workers, educationists, doctors, entrepreneurs, and cultural personalities. The gathering reflected a shared commitment to the values of compassion, service, and social responsibility.
During the ceremony, the International Buddha Peace Award was presented to individuals who have demonstrated excellence and dedication in their respective fields. The awards recognized achievements in social service, education, healthcare, business, and community development.
