“The 2.75 War and the New Strategy of Kalki Sena” — Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi Outlines the Path of Civil Defence and National Strength
Noida, October 2025 —
At the Tactical Training Centre of Kalki Sena Northern Command, the “Counter Terrorist Combat Course 2025” concluded with an inspiring address by Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.), who explained India’s evolving security doctrine, civic responsibility, and Vedic consciousness through his “2.75 War Doctrine.”
He said that India’s true victory will come only when the mental, social, and institutional chains of colonial legacy are fully broken.
Dwivedi said —
“India is fighting not two but 2.75 wars — two external (China and Pakistan), half an internal front (ideological and extremist conflicts), and a quarter (.25) against mental and administrative enslavement. Unless this .25 war is won, Bharat cannot achieve its complete self-defence potential.”
Dharma, Discipline, and Civic Power — The True Strength of Bharat
In his powerful address, Dwivedi said that Kalki Sena does not function like a political or military organization, but as a disciplined civil movement that awakens the warrior spirit in every citizen.
He said —
“Dharma is not only about rituals or belief; it is about discipline, restraint, and duty. When Dharma and Strength walk together, the nation becomes naturally invincible.”
He emphasized that every citizen should be trained — legally, mentally, and strategically — to serve as a Civilian Commando in times of crisis.
“The real security of a nation lies not only on the borders but in the consciousness of its people,” he said.
The 2.75 War — A Vision of India’s Inner Renaissance
Explaining his “2.75 War Doctrine,” Dwivedi said it is not merely a military theory but a process of national regeneration.
He stated —
“The .25 war is the internal battle that frees India from colonial laws, foreign educational frameworks, and administrative mindsets. Once this front is won, victory on the remaining 0.5 and 2 fronts will follow naturally.”
Elaborating on his strategy of Backward Victory, he said —
“First, eliminate inner slavery — win the .25 war; then resolve internal divisions and ideological conflicts — win the 0.5 war; only then will the external enemies fall automatically. This is the indigenous model of Indian warfare.”
Kalki Sena Training — From Self-Defence to Social Discipline
This training program brought together young men and women from across the country, who received rigorous instruction in Urban Warfare, Close Quarter Battle, Survival Psychology, Surveillance Techniques, Weapon Handling, and Rescue Missions.
Dwivedi said the purpose of Kalki Sena’s training is not just combat readiness but to teach a disciplined approach to life and nation-building.
He added —
“A trained citizen is the true defender of the nation. When society itself becomes the embodiment of discipline and vigilance, no terrorism or division can weaken Bharat.”

Kalki Warriors — The Awakening of India’s Civilizational Strength
In his concluding address, Dwivedi said —
“India today is not just a geographical entity but a living civilization. Our Kalki Warriors represent the consciousness that makes Bharat invincible from within. When every citizen awakens the warrior within, India will not only win the 2.75 War but also triumph in every civilizational struggle.”
He congratulated the graduating civilian commandos of 2025, stating that this ceremony marks not the end of a course but the beginning of a renaissance in India’s self-defence culture.
